Residential households in NYC can request a “pickup” with us to discard their used, broken, or unwanted electronics.
Service prices vary based on the number and sizes of electronics for “pickup”.
Why do I need to recycle electronics?
It’s the law to recycle specific electronics in NYC. Residents may face a $100 fine for placing e-waste with household trash or recycling.

We accept drop-offs by appointment only.
Important terms
Pickup Timing: Subject to availability between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. everyday, except holidays, and weather permitting. Same day requests must be made by 8 a.m. or 8 p.m. for next day.
Refunds & Cancellations: Cancel up to 24 hours prior to confirming the pickup for a full refund. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Changes: You may make changes until you confirm your pickup. Additional fees may apply.
